Open API
The Open API is for developers who want to use NextMove conversation capabilities in their own applications. You do not need an API key to use the website normally.
Access and key management
With active Pro access and at least one completed experience-calibration theme, open Account & settings in the bottom-left account area. Choose Account, then Open API in the settings panel. The interface explains unmet access conditions.
An API key represents your account's access. Keep it in a trusted server or private workflow. Do not place it in a public webpage, screenshot, repository or shared link. Save it as instructed when created, and disable or delete it when no longer needed.
Conversation endpoint
Use POST /api/v1/agent/chat with Authorization: Bearer <API_KEY>. Send messages and, where appropriate, specify domain, modelMode and stream.
{
"domain": "general",
"modelMode": "quick",
"stream": false,
"messages": [
{ "role": "user", "content": "Help me think through the options at work." }
]
}
Set the response mode and streaming choice explicitly in an integration. Do not depend on an undocumented default model name or particular wording in a response.
Points and personal context
Requests are subject to account permissions, rate limits and points. They may use that account's birth chart, calibration and memory context. This is not an anonymous public-consultation endpoint to share among unrelated people.
Handle request errors, interrupted connections and insufficient points separately. Do not retry indefinitely when a previous outcome is uncertain. Review consumption in the account's usage section.
