Talk with NextMove

From one card to a conversation you can return to

A card can begin a conversation, but drawing is not a requirement for talking with NextMove. Continue with your reading, or simply describe what is happening. You do not need every answer at once: a clearer picture of your circumstances can help you see what to explore next.

Bring a card, or begin in your own words

When you continue from a reading, keep the original question, spread, and cards in view, then add one real detail. ‘This reminds me of a recent collaboration; I am worried that our responsibilities are still unclear’ is enough to open the discussion.

You can also begin directly. Describe what happened, what troubles you most, and what kind of help you want. A specific starting point is more useful than finding the perfect introduction.

General conversation and four areas to explore further

General conversation gives you space to start. For more focused discussion, there are areas for work and finances, relationships, health, and family, subject to account information and membership access. Signing in does not unlock every feature.

Each area keeps its own conversations. Changing areas does not automatically move the whole previous discussion, so explain what you want to pick up. Health and similar topics support reflection, not professional diagnosis or advice.

Profile, memory, and calibration do different jobs

Your profile contains background and response preferences you provide. Memories are manageable pieces of context, experience, and preference. Calibration organizes important years and real events within an area. These can help a conversation use relevant information; they do not mean every word is remembered forever.

When automatic memory is enabled, the system can organize information worth keeping. You can view, edit, or delete memories and separately control using memory and extracting new memories. Capacity, retention, and availability depend on account benefits.

Trying a conversation, signing in, and continuing

Guests can try one brief, complete question and answer, either after a card reading or in general conversation. The two entrances share that single trial; further messages require sign-in. Basic guest draws and the trial do not require birth details first.

After signing in, general conversation requires valid birth details if you have not provided them. That is not a universal requirement for continuing from a card. Further replies use your account benefits. See pricing and the prompts before sending for modes, costs, and membership details.

Return to the same conversation with new developments

Readings completed while signed in are saved to your account. Use the same account on the web or in the App to return from your journal to the original conversation. Guest readings remain in the browser used to draw them. After signing in, open the reading and follow the prompts to save it to your account. Question readings use the account's existing first-free allowance and credit rules; signing in does not grant an additional free reading.

Readings, conversation history, and memories each have a role. Opening a record does not generate a new reply, and revisiting a reading does not create a calibration record automatically. You can add details, manage memories, or return to the original conversation.

Common questions

Do I have to draw before every conversation?

No. Conversation is central to NextMove, and cards are one way to begin. You can speak directly and choose a spread whenever it is useful.

Does turning off automatic memory delete my chat history?

No. Extracting new memories, using memories in replies, and keeping chat history are separate functions. Use the appropriate management control when you want to delete content.

Will NextMove make my final decision?

No. It can help organize observations, question assumptions, and compare trade-offs. You still take part in checking facts, seeking professional guidance, and deciding what to do.
